Situation

J. Heebink operates and manages a large fleet nationally and internationally, which requires a large number of qualified HGV drivers. As such, continuous HGV licence training is needed to ensure the company’s driver base is able to meet its growing requirements.

Challenge

Heebink was struggling to attract and retain drivers, putting a strain on their operations and affecting their ability to meet their customers’ needs.
The high cost of training and the use of agency drivers was not sustainable. They needed a more cost-effective and efficient way to ensure they had enough drivers to meet demand.
